The TFG Money Account is a revolving credit product that gives you a credit limit suited to your specific needs. Your TFG Money Account can be used to shop on credit at bash.com and any TFG brand, in-store and online. You can also use your TFG Money Account to take-up to TFG’s optional products and services such as insurance, magazines and cellular products.
A standard TFG Money Account has a 12-month repayment plan and interest is charged. Terms and Conditions apply and a monthly service fee will be levied to your account.

How to pay your account
TFG Money Account payments are always due by the 1st of the month in order for your TFG Money Account to be up to date (must reflect in TFG’s bank account by the 1st).
Tip: Paying the total amount due each month is a great way to maintain your credit score.

Who can apply?
You will need a valid SA ID or passport, to be 18 years or older and may be required to submit 3 months proof of income (payslips/bank statements). Subject to terms and conditions and affordability requirements.
Apply online
Quick and secure application via WhatsApp or online (South Africa only*).

Visit any TFG store: @home, American Swiss, Archive, Exact, Fabiani, Foschini, Granny Goose, G-Star Raw, Hi, Jet, Markham, TheFIX, Relay Jeans, RFO, SneakerFactory, SodaBloc, Sportscene, Sterns, Totalsports.
When approved
If you are approved, you will receive an SMS to go into store and sign the credit documents. Collect your TFG Money Account card in-store and start shopping*!
* Before your first instalment has been paid in full, you may be required to pay a 15% deposit.

Pay your account
TFG Money Account payments are always due by the 1st of the month in order for your TFG Money Account to be up to date (must reflect in TFG’s bank account by the 1st).
View balance and amount to pay
You can manage and pay your TFG Money Account from your bash.com online profile under Manage your account. Simply link your account to your online profile.
Get a mini statement for the current month via WhatsApp. Have your card or account number at hand.
Get statements
If you opted in to receive your statement via email or sms, you will receive a link to access your latest statement via our secure portal each month.
You will need the ID or passport number you used when opening your account. Select ‘Account’ and then ‘Download Detailed Statement’. To view a previous months mini and detailed statement select the month from the drop down menu.
To opt in for digital statements, please call Customer Service.
Get a mini statement for the current month via WhatsApp. Select ‘TFG Account’ enquiry and have your card or account number at hand.
Shop online - link your account
Log in to your online profile and link your TFG Money Account and shop online on account.
Lost or stolen card
If your card is lost or stolen, report this immediately to Customer Service on 0861 111 761 . When replacing your TFG Money Account card in a TFG store, always ensure you bring one of the following forms of identification with you:
- ID Card or book or
- Passport
Report fraud
If you have noticed a suspicious purchase in-store or online, contact Customer Service or TFG Credit Forensics immediately to block your account and allow for investigation.
TFG Credit Forensics may send you SMS’s or call you from time to time to advise you of suspicious transactions on your account, and to block your card for security purposes. In such an event, contact them immediately to prevent your account from being used fraudulently, or to remove the block to allow you to continue to spend.
