What is Bash?

Bash brings customers a simpler, safer, smarter way to shop all of their favourite fashion and lifestyle brands on one user-friendly platform. Get exclusive online access to TFG stores, including Sportscene, Archive, Totalsports, Markham, Fabiani, G-Star Raw, Relay Jeans, Exact, The Fix, Foschini and Foschini Beauty, @home, @homeliving space, American Swiss Jewellery, Sterns and Galaxy & Co.

Will the brand websites still exist?

The brand websites will no longer exist. All brands and products will be moved to Bash.

Is there a Bash app?

There is, and it's easy to download and use. You can find it on Google Play, Apple's App Store and Huawei AppGallery. You won't be able to use any other TFG brand app anymore, so when you open it you'll see a link to download the Bash app. Download the Bash app

When will I no longer be able to shop on the brand sites?

Once the existing sites redirect to Bash you'll no longer be able to shop on myTFGworld or brand sites.

What will happen to my online profile?

If you have an online profile, you're already set to log in on Bash! You can use your existing login details. Your profile information and order history will be available on Bash.

What happens to the orders I placed online?

If you had an online profile on any of our sites, you'll still be able to track your order history in your Profile under Orders. If you placed an order as a guest on any of our websites, you can still track your order until the site redirects—after which you'll need to create a Bash profile for your new orders.

What will happen to my newsletter subscriptions?

If you're subscribed to emails from any of TFG's stores, you'll stay on the mailing list. To change your email preferences or unsubscribe, you can visit "Newsletters" in your Profile to update your preferences. Want to keep up with Bash? What happens to the orders I placed online?

If you had an online profile on any of our sites, you'll still be able to track your order history in your Profile under Orders. If you placed an order as a guest on any of our websites, you can still track your order until the site redirects—after which you'll need to create a Bash profile for your new orders.

Can I still checkout as a guest customer on Bash?

You'll need to create a profile on Bash before you place an order on the site. Creating your profile is pretty simple – click on the Profile icon in the top right corner to be guided through the process.

What happens to the return I logged after migration?

If you've got a return pending on any of our websites we'll still process your refund. Your returned item will follow the usual process of going back to our distribution centre and being checked before you receive your refund. For more on the process of returning an item, you can refer to our returns policy.

Can I log a return for a myTFGworld order? Can I still return to store?

Yes, you can. You can contact [email protected] to log a return for collection, or you can go into your nearest branch of the store from where your items were purchased to receive an immediate exchange or refund.

I have a online shopping promo code, can I use it on Bash?

Yes, you'll still be able to use your promo code on Bash, as long as it conforms to the terms and conditions of the site.

I have a myTFGworld eGift card, can I use it on Bash?

Yes you will be able to use your TFG gift card on Bash as long as it hasn't expired.

Can I still pay using my TFG Money Account?

Absolutely – you can still pay using your TFG Money Account card.

Do I need to re-link my TFG Money Account on Bash?

We'll attempt to migrate your TFG Money account and link it to your Bash profile. If you log in and your card is not linked you can still use it to pay in checkout. You can view or pay your balance from the Pay Now page. We are currently working on a solution for card linking.

My TFG Money Account card isn't linked to my profile, can I still pay with TFG Money?

You can continue to pay using your TFG Money Account card by selecting it as your preferred payment method and entering your card details during checkout.

Can I still collect from a TFG store?

Bash offers free collection from 800+ stores that include Sportscene, Archive, Totalsports, Markham, G-Star Raw, Foschini, @home, Sterns and many more. You can collect your order at the collect point that's most convenient for you.

How do I shop from my favourite store on Bash?

Each store has a dedicated home on Bash, where you'll get exclusive online access to collections, content and more. Shopping by brand on Bash is easy. If you're looking for your favourite brand, you can go to Menu in the top left corner and find your a list of available stores to discover and explore.

My details from my online profile are wrong or old, how or where do I update them on Bash?

Did we mention that we’ve kept things pretty simple? All you have to do is just tap the ‘Profile’ option to update your personal details.

I forgot my online profile password, how do I sign into my profile on Bash?

We’ve got that covered. You'll be able to change or reset your password on Bash; navigate to profile and then select Forgot password to reset.
