Sage The Smart Grill Pro brings the power of outdoor grilling to your countertop with a 2400W high-sear performance driven by Element iQ technology and an integrated temperature probe. Embedded heating elements and removable plates deliver superior heat control and fast recovery, while the smart probe lets you know exactly when your meat has reached your preferred doneness, and when it’s time to rest.
The Element iQ plate design places powerful 2400W heating elements directly into the plates rather than beneath them, paired with an electronic thermostat that responds quickly to even small temperature changes. This ensures consistent, high-heat searing while reducing preheating and cooking time, so you can get straight to cooking.
Smart settings make precision effortless. Five preset programs: beef, lamb, pork, poultry, and fish, are calibrated for your chosen doneness and clearly indicate when food should be removed to rest. The probe integrates seamlessly with the LCD display, guiding you through the cooking process from start to finish.
For added versatility, the grill opens fully into BBQ mode, creating a 260 square inch grilling and griddle surface ideal for everything from steaks and seafood to eggs and pancakes. A removable drip tray works in both BBQ and contact modes for easy clean-up. Removable, PFOA-free plates can be lifted out and washed by hand, making maintenance simple and convenient.
