The integrated conical burr grinder with 25 settings and intelligent dosing ensures consistent flavour, while assisted tamping finishes with a 7º barista twist for a polished puck.
The 54 mm stainless steel portafilter with dual and single wall filters produces full-bodied espresso from an 18 g dose. Low-pressure pre-infusion followed by 9 bar extraction and the Thermocoil system with PID temperature control delivers creamy, caramel-coloured espresso at exactly 93ºC. Powerful 130°C steam creates silky microfoam quickly for café-quality milk.
