Made from quality stainless steel with a walnut wood handle, the Sage Force Gauge Tamper brings an elegant touch to your espresso set-up.
This self-levelling tamper provides consistent pressure with minimal effort. Compatible with 58mm Sage portafilters, it brings consistent pressure every time you tamp. The spring-loaded mechanism provides consistent pressure between 7 kg and 10 kg, while the variable force gauge has marking indicators to let you select your preferred tamp force for the grind.
A levelling plate ensures perfectly level tamping so the grind isn’t unevenly compacted on one side, helping produce a more balanced shot. The high-quality 304 steel has been precisely engineered into a central shaft design that allows the spring mechanism to load to an exact amount of pressure directly to the coffee grounds.
