A double-sided scraper beater with a flexible edge wipes the sides and bottom of the bowl with every turn, cutting down mixing time by 60%* and making clean up a snap. *Compared with previous models.
A combination of a powerful 1200W motor, 100% metal gears and 12 speeds means the Bakery Boss can manage heavy doughs and batters even over longer periods of time. Never over-mix again by setting a mixing duration on the integrated timer so the mixer automatically stops at the desired time.
In addition to the 4.7L glass mixing bowl, the Bakery Boss comes with a second 3.8L polished stainless mixing bowl for better processing of small quantities. Clearly seeing colour and texture changes in mixing is critical to achieving perfect results. The Bakery Boss is fitted with a light that illuminates the inside of the bowl so you have the perfect view of your mix.
