The Robert Welch Signature Home Chef Set is a limited edition 3 piece set from the Signature kitchen knife range. A great starter set for the keen home cook, the set includes knives from the multi-award-winning Robert Welch Designs Signature kitchen knife collection, developed with professional chefs and designed for purpose and practicality in everyday food preparations.
The set includes the Signature 11cm santoku knife with a wide scalloped blade for precision slicing and dicing, an all-purpose 12cm kitchen knife with a straight blade for slicing, dicing and chopping, and an 18cm cook's knife with a curved blade for chopping and rocking cutting actions. All three knives have Japanese-style blade edges at a 15° angle and the knife has an ergonomically shaped handle for comfort, balance and to minimise fatigue in use. The specially hardened, high-quality, German stainless steel used for our Signature knives is durable, easy to clean and maintain.
