Babylonstoren Whole Nocellara Olives & Herbs are made with olives grown on Babylonstoren Farm, which has more than 60 hectares of olive groves. The deep sandstone soil and Mediterranean climate provide ideal conditions for cultivating olives.
Nocellara is a prized Sicilian olive, celebrated for its firm bite, crisp texture and gentle nutty flavour. Babylonstoren have paired the plumpest fruit with wild rosemary (kapokbos), preserved in a fragrant mix of brine and our own extra virgin olive oil. Presented in a sleek, easy-to-open tin, these olives are made for effortless enjoyment. Perfect to tuck into a handbag, pack for a picnic, or serve straight on a platter.
