Super bands are available in 6 resistance levels. The Super bands can be used for assisted chin-ups and dips. They can also be used for developing lateral speed and forward acceleration. Super bands can be used during weightlifting to overload the bar and add tension to exercises like the bench press, squat and dead lift.
