This pullbuoy with 18N buoyancy is ideal for swimmers who weigh less than 80 kg.
Want to work your upper body? The pullbuoy provides more buoyancy to the legs to help the swimmer maintain the correct position in the water and do more intensive work on the arms.
Work on your arms and improve your technique. The pullbuoy stabilises your legs at the surface, allowing you to concentrate on the power of your arms and your swimming technique.
It can be placed on the ankles or calves (to work specifically on muscle gain). A elastic can be used to complete the exercise and keep the legs perfectly still.
