Decathlon Reversible Balance Station
Sold by
This item is sold directly by Bash and may only be returned via courier.
A hedgehog dome, sold in pairs, with two sides for two moods. Nubbly side: light balance and foot massage. Smooth side: greater imbalance and deeper work.
Reinvent this pair of balance domes to suit your needs! Enjoy the textured side for an invigorating massage: the nubs stimulate blood flow and relax tired feet. Looking for a real challenge? Turn over your dome to the smooth side for more intensive balance exercises. The extra perk? You can adjust the pressure to suit your goals: minimal to start out with, firmer pressure as you improve.
By creating instability, this balance station activates the deep muscles of your legs. The result: more stable ankles and more secure support for all your movements. Perfect for both physical therapy and prevention.
- Versatility: A number of exercises in a single tool: core, balance, toning, physical therapy
- Modularity: Adjust the pressure and flip over the station to vary your exercises
- Max weight: Each Rehabfeet can support up to 110 kg.
